All the packages sent to any address which headquarter is in the USA, do not pay any fee for orders under U$800 (eight hundred dollars) or less.
The package shipments are done only during the weekdays (from Mondays to Fridays).
After your order’s payment is approved, a confirmation email will be sent automatically, allowing you to track the status of your order in real time.
The moment the package is delivered to a shipping company, the responsibility of it is transferred to the carrying company and Medina Softboards is not responsible for it anymore.
The timing of delivery is provided by the carrying company and they can vary with the origin and the destination of the package, mainly during high delivery demands.
